There are two official hotels providing accommodation for the 2010 Convenience U CARWACS Show.
Calgary’s premier boutique hotel located just 4 blocks away from the BMO Centre at Stampede Park.
Rates have been negotiated at $159.00 for a Studio Room (single/double occupancy); or $179.00 for a Luxury Queen Room (single/double occupancy) + applicable taxes.
Call the Hotel’s Reservation Department at 1.800.661.9378 to secure your accommodation. Remember to mention that you belong to the Convenience U CARWACS group.
The "cut-off date" is Friday, March 12, 2010. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be based on availability at the Hotel’s prevailing rates.
Rates have been discounted at $169.00 per night (single/double occupancy) + applicable taxes.

Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be accepted based on a space- and rate-available basis. Booking deadline extended until March 19th.
