Visitors Code of Conduct
Management reserves the right to refuse registration or request that an attendee leave the event if the conduct of the attendee is deemed to be disruptive to the event. The Convenience U CARWACS Show is a business to business forum, therefore access is restricted to persons 19 years of age and older.
No photography, audio or video recording is allowed during the show or conference without prior written permission from show management. Those found recording or taking pictures without authorization will be asked to leave the event. Show management also reserves the right to confiscate any film, audio tape, video tape or to delete media storage.
If visitors interfere with business being conducted between exhibitors and other visitors or offend any other exhibitor or visitor they will be asked to leave the event immediately.
As a safety issue, visitors to the show will not be permitted to bring luggage, hand carts or dollies on the exhibit floor at any time. Please use the coat check for luggage.
Exhibitors of Convenience U CARWACS may offer free samples of their products to visitors. Please do not take sample items unless offered. Visitors that take what is deemed by show management as excessive amounts of offered samples will be asked to leave the event.
Visitors are not allowed to hand out sales brochures, flyers, samples or other sales material to exhibitors or other visitors at the show. Sales brochures or flyers left about the show will be thrown away. Visitors trying to distribute sales material at the show will be asked to leave the event.
