César Nivar is a consultant specializing in EV charging, dealer operations and forecourt transformation, with deep, hands-on experience across convenience retail, fuel networks and emerging energy infrastructure in Canada.
Previously, Nivar held senior territory leadership roles with Parkland Corporation and On
The Run Charging, where he led the rollout, operation and optimization of DC fast-charging infrastructure across Ontario. His work spanned site design and construction, interoperability, safety and performance management, customer experience and stakeholder engagement. Nivar also oversaw real-time monitoring and troubleshooting of the network, helping maintain uptime while supporting the launch of new sites across the province.
At On The Run Charging, he played a key role in launching a first-of-its-kind EV loyalty program, working closely with retailers, customers, and the EV community to drive adoption and repeat use. Before transitioning into EV infrastructure, Nivar spent five years leading dealer operations, supporting a network of approximately 45 convenience and fuel sites. He worked closely with operators on growth strategy, brand execution, site performance and long-term network planning.
