The Convenience U CARWACS Show is a 2-day Conference & Trade Show, and Networking event in Canada that brings together the convenience, forecourt and car wash industry.

The show is the gateway to the Canadian marketplace for confection, beverage and the bulk of the grab and go snack category. The Convenience U CARWACS Show is the largest trade show in Canada that connects retailers with vendors.

Morning sessions run from 8am-noon with specialized tracks for convenience, forecourt and car wash operators to learn from innovators and thought leaders in the industry on shopper behaviours, new technologies and strategies to better serve their customers, communities and grow their business.

Food and drink can be purchased from The Toronto Congress Center

If you register for the morning education sessions, breakfast and lunch are included.

The attendees of the trade show include thousands of retailers and operators and distributors looking for products, innovations and solutions to help them in their business.

The trade show floor exhibitors are companies who support the convenience, forecourt and car wash industries. From manufacturers, suppliers and technology providers, exhibitors are there to connect with retailers who are looking for the latest technologies, new products, and innovative solutions to drive traffic and increase sales.

Attendees must be over the age of 19 to access any education sessions or the trade show floor. Anyone under the age of 19 will not be allowed 

The Convenience U CARWACS Show is being held on two days, March 9th and 10th at The Toronto Congress Centre.

Both days kick off at 8am with the C-Store IQ Education Sessions and the trade show is open from NOON until 5pm.

If you need to cancel your attendance at The Convenience U CARWACS Show, please send a written notice to [email protected] by December 30, 2026. Cancellations are subject to a $25 administration fee. Registrations received after December 30, 2026, are non-refundable.

There is a large parking lot with free parking available to all attendees.

A coat check will be available to all attendees. Please note that our coat check will not hold any luggage and that if you choose to bring your luggage onsite there will be no place to store it. We suggest if possible leaving your luggage in your vehicle or at your place of accommodation.

There are currently no hotel room blocks reserved.

However, there are many hotels around The Toronto Congress Centre.

While we would love to accommodate your furry friends, pets are strictly prohibited from The Convenience U CARWACS Show. 

Yes! The Convenience U CARWACS Show is happy to allow for increased interactions between attendees and exhibitors through our mobile app.
